This service is needed when general servicing of aircon does not improve the condition. We recommend you to do this service if you had not been service your aircon unit for more than a year.

Chemical Wash

Scope of Work for Chemical Wash which include :

- Disconnection of electronic control and drainage system
- Chemical flushing of fan coil unit and necessary parts
- Vacuuming or chemical flushing of drainage system
- Charging of refrigerant R22 gas (Limit to 10 PSI per system)
- Checking of thermostats and control
- Test and commission of aircon system
- 60 Days Water Leaking Warranty

Chemical Overhaul is a thorough washing of your aircon unit in servicing that involve chemical solvent to dissolve grease, dust and even long-time dirt, which is much more effective than using vacuum suction or water flushing.

This service is needed when general servicing of aircon unit does not improve the condition. We recommend you to do this services if serveral years you didn't do any aircon servicing before.

- Disconnection of electronic control and drainage system
- Chemical flushing of fan coil unit and necessary parts
- Vacuuming or chemical flushing of drainage system
- Using Chemical solvent to dissolve grease and dust on fan coil
- Charging of refrigerant R22 gas (Limit to 10 PSI per system)
- Checking of thermostats and control
- Test and commission of aircon system
- 60 Days Water Leaking Warranty

60 days of warranty on workmanship (scope of work only)
Payment has to be made by cash or cheque upon completion at site.
All the above prices quoted do not include spare parts replacement and repairs works.
