LM3 Aircon servicing and repair, General servicing of aircon unit is required to prevent it from damage due to frequent usage and indoor/outdoor environment condition. To ensure that all your aircon equipment is working in best condition, We will strongly recommend you to do this service every 4 times yearly.

Quaterly-Yearly Contract General Air-Conditioner Servicing

(4 times per year)

General servicing check list include :

Clean & check air filter, front panel & cover
Clean & check indoor evaporator coil
Clean & check indoor drainage tray
Vacuuming of drainage system
Brush & check outdoor condenser coil
Tightening of electrical contacts
Check compressor suction and discharge pressure
Check fan bearing and lubricate (If necessary)
Test run system

60 days warranty on workmanship (scope of service only)
Payment has to be made by cash or cheque upon completion at site.
Full payment is required upon signing of contract servicing.
